I like the brand of car but I’ll make the trip to another dealer rather than deal with them again. In general, this place really typifies the auto dealer/mechanic stereotypes that everyone hates - pushy salespeople & non-existent customer service. It’s best to drop your car off, because you can always be assured a long wait. Seems that every time I try to bring my car in for service a second trip is necessitated, either because the part isn’t available (I call ahead before coming in) or because they’re unable to complete the work on time. Service levels are mediocre at best and they have the bad habit of telling you they can do something ( IE parts are onsite) when they can’t. Have observed numerous lineup changes in the service department since 02. Sales tactics are typical high-pressure theatrics so come prepared to aggressively bargain.
